Shipping Info

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order.

Estimated shipping charges will be displayed in your Shopping Cart after you have signed in to your registered online account. Final shipping charges will be displayed during Checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected. For all other customers, the Shipping cost will be displayed in Checkout once the Shipping Address is entered and the Shipping Method selected.

Standard (2 – 5 business days)
2nd Day (2 business days)
Next Day (1 business day)

If we need to contact you for any reason about your order, shipping of your package may be affected. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders are subject to verification of payment information by phone or email.

All Fish and Invertebrates are shipped via Next Day Shipping, unless you selected Saturday Delivery.

If you are unable to receive your shipment during the week, Saturday Delivery is available for an additional $12.50 per order. Orders placed by 11:00 PM PT Thursday will be delivered on Saturday of the same week. Orders placed after 11:00 PM PT Thursday through Saturday will be delivered on the following Saturday.


Our return policy is simple – if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to any of our stores or warehouses.

We will gladly accept the return of your order within 30 days of the initial shipment date.

Before returning merchandise to Us, print your receipt. Please have your order details handy. If you do not have a receipt, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the listed store price or allowed to exchange the product for something else.

If you received an incorrect item or are requesting a refund of shipping charges due to a error, please contact Customer Service. Personalized items and prescription food cannot be returned to a store.
